iPhone users love the security and convenience of iMessage. If you're a Mac user, you can also use iMessage from your desktop or laptop computer. Mac users can also send SMS messages from their desktop using Continuity. But what about iPhone owners who use Windows?
Apple should create an iMessage web client, or a Windows app that would allow sending messages via Continuity through the iPhone. I get that Apple wants people to buy Macs, but someone spending hundreds of dollars for an iPhone could really benefit from a Windows client. Apple would also be encouraging more people to dump the insecure SMS protocol in favor of the encrypted iMessage.
C'mon Apple. Throw Windows users a bone and create a way to send iMessages from a Windows desktop.
