HTC Touch 2 announced

HTC has officially announced the Touch2. The Touch2 will run Windows Mobile 6.5 and will include the new features such as a revamped Internet Explorer Mobile with Flash support, Windows Marketplace for Mobile, and Microsoft's My Phone backup service. The Touch2 will also use HTC's TouchFlo 3D interface.

The Touch 2 sports a 2.8-inch QVGA touch screen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and is a quad-band world phone. It also includes a 3.2-megapixel camera, 512MB ROM/256MB RAM, and a microSD expansion slot.

The Touch2 will launch on October 6 in selected markets.
