How to enable tethering and MMS on iPhone 3.0

How To - By: pdaBlast! Staff - June 18, 2009

It seems everyone wishes Apple and AT&T would support tethering and MMS with the iPhone 3.0. One man has posted some instructions on how he got both services working with the iPhone 3.0 and AT&T. Along with the instructions he posted this disclaimer:

"DISCLAIMER: THE FOLLOWING STEPS MAY VOID YOUR IPHONES WARRANTY OR VIOLATE YOUR AT&T TERMS OF SERVICE! BY EXECUTING THIS WALKTHROUGH YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AARON KRILL AND HIS COMRADES CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIT YOU MAY GET IN TO!"

Obviously these instructions would be considered a "hack" and are not supported by Apple or AT&T. They are also not for inexperienced users. They are interesting however, and it's probably just a matter of time before someone gets a cease and desist letter asking for the instructions to be removed from the web. Stay tuned.
