Information has leaked out about an potential upcoming Windows Mobile smartphone that will supposedly emphasize music. According to CoolSmartPhone.com, this device is currently being tested by European wireless carrier Orange, and is called the SPV C550. Brighthand reports that it has been developed by the Taiwanese company High Tech Computer, and that it may be offered by other carriers outside of Europe.
CoolSmartPhone.com received and email with a picture and specs. Although they could not verify the authenticity of the sender, they seem to be convinced of its validity.
The picture shows iPod-like buttons on the front of the C550 which will likely be used to run Windows Media Player 10. It will reportedly have 64 MB of RAM and a miniSD slot, a 1.3 megapixel camera with flash and Bluetooth wireless networking. Check out the link below for more information.
